CNC boring, turning and milling up to 4000 mm of travel, Inconel 625 and 316L cladding to qualified procedures, and CMM inspection to 0.001 mm — under one roof in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, since 2012.

Every job travels on a route card. This is the route.

Each order is opened in the Factory Master MRP system and follows a bar-coded route card through six stations. What happens at each one, and on which machine, is below — so you can check the fit before you send a drawing.

    SolidWorks model, MasterCAM toolpaths, tools preset off the machine.

    Horizontal boring, vertical turning, 5-axis turn-milling to 4000 mm.

    Cladding

    Inconel 625 or 316L overlay to three qualified procedures.

    Inspection

    CMM to 0.001 mm, dye penetrant, hardness, API thread gauges.

Send the drawing you already have. A 2D PDF with material, quantity and required date is enough to quote; a 3D model shortens programming.

Sales opens the job in Factory Master, which covers sales, purchasing, production, quality and warehousing, so the same record follows the part to dispatch. Raw material is controlled from receipt for full traceability.

The part is modelled and its toolpaths written before it reaches a machine, and every tool is measured on a presetter first — so machine time is spent cutting, not measuring.

Every part is measured before it leaves — on a 3 m coordinate measuring machine for geometry, by qualified Level 2 inspectors for surface defects, and with oil-and-gas thread gauges for connections.
